Author Guidelines

ABSTRACT

• Abstract consists of maximum 250 words
• Abstract contains the title of paper, name of author(s), affiliation(s), and corresponding author’s email
• Provide 5 keywords
• Format of abstract can be downloaded in the abstract template provided.

FULL PAPER

The conference provides three (3) options for publication of the full paper, which are:

1. Food Research (Scopus-indexed journal)
2. International Journal of Food, Nutrition, and Public Health (international journal, proquest-indexed)
3. Scopus-indexed International Proceeding (E3S web of conferences)

Therefore, AUTHORS ARE REQUIRED TO SPECIFY THE FULL PAPER PUBLICATION OPTION IN THE REGISTRATION MENU. Meanwhile, for the author guidelines of full paper, please choose according to the author’s preference of publication.

Submission Preparation Checklist

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format (please upload your abstract as supplementary file after this step).
3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines and also in the template
